Crochet Sweater Bag

When I first designed the Lost in Paris Sweater, I started off with a heavy worsted weight yarn.

But, once I got the ribbing done, I realized I didn't like the yarn I was using, so I set the ribbing aside and started with a new yarn.

Well, a couple weeks ago I came across that original ribbing and thought about the cute upcycled sweater purses I've seen. I knew immediately that this ribbing would be so cute as a purse edging!

I knew the ribbed top had to be the main focus, so I decided to work simple stitches on the body... but I'm also a sucker for stripes, so I had to add those in too!

So here we have the Crochet Sweater Bag!
